Simple Cremation with Service at National Cemetery: $1,449
- Transportation of the body within 30 miles of our facility ($4 per mile over 30)
- Preparation of the required documents and authorizations
- Worry-Free Cremation™ in our crematory
- Alternative cremation and temporary containers
- Coordination of graveside service at a National Cemetery or Dayton or Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery
- Completion of Veterans Administration forms for benefits and military honors
- If desired, transfer by courier of ashes to chosen National Cemetery
Cremation with Memorial: $1,940
- Transportation of the body within 30 miles of our facility ($4 per mile over 30)
- Preparation of the required documents and authorizations
- Worry-Free Cremation™ in our crematory
- Alternative cremation and temporary containers
- Coordination and supervision of a memorial service
- Completion of Veterans Administration forms for benefits and military honors
- Guest register book, 100 memorial folders and 25 thank you notes
- If desired, transfer by courier of ashes to chosen National Cemetery
Funeral with Cremation: $4,360
- Transportation of the body within 30 miles of our facility ($4 per mile over 30)
- Preparation of the required documents and authorizations
- Embalming and cosmetic preparation for open casket viewing
- Visitation to be held one hour immediately prior to funeral service at your church or our chapel
- Coordination and supervision of funeral service at your church or our chapel
- Use of standard wood rental casket
- Worry-Free Cremation™ in our crematory
- Alternative cremation and temporary containers
- Guest register book, 100 memorial folders and 25 thank you notes
- Completion of Veterans Administration forms for benefits and military honors
