Simple Cremation with Service at National Cemetery: $1,449

  • Transportation of the body within 30 miles of our facility ($4 per mile over 30)
  • Preparation of the required documents and authorizations
  • Worry-Free Cremation™ in our crematory
  • Alternative cremation and temporary containers
  • Coordination of graveside service at a National Cemetery or Dayton or Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery
  • Completion of Veterans Administration forms for benefits and military honors
  • If desired, transfer by courier of ashes to chosen National Cemetery

Before Death After Death

Cremation with Memorial: $1,940

  • Transportation of the body within 30 miles of our facility ($4 per mile over 30)
  • Preparation of the required documents and authorizations
  • Worry-Free Cremation™ in our crematory
  • Alternative cremation and temporary containers
  • Coordination and supervision of a memorial service
  • Completion of Veterans Administration forms for benefits and military honors
  • Guest register book, 100 memorial folders and 25 thank you notes
  • If desired, transfer by courier of ashes to chosen National Cemetery

Before Death After Death

Funeral with Cremation: $4,360

  • Transportation of the body within 30 miles of our facility ($4 per mile over 30)
  • Preparation of the required documents and authorizations
  • Embalming and cosmetic preparation for open casket viewing
  • Visitation to be held one hour immediately prior to funeral service at your church or our chapel
  • Coordination and supervision of funeral service at your church or our chapel
  • Use of standard wood rental casket
  • Worry-Free Cremation™ in our crematory
  • Alternative cremation and temporary containers
  • Guest register book, 100 memorial folders and 25 thank you notes
  • Completion of Veterans Administration forms for benefits and military honors
